Best decision I ever made

The personal and professional growth and learning can't be had elsewhere. Culture is the best I have ever worked in. Second to none The people are amazing, like-minded, talented and world-class. The intrinsic rewards of making a difference and helping people can't be beat. The tools, systems, techniques are truly best in class. The clients LOVE what we do - it changes lives. Get to make this whatever I want to make of it. It is truly up to me. Not cookie cutter like other franchises, get to add own critical thinking. Have to. Huge upside in our industry and we have the most credibility by far. Creating an industry (building the plane while we are flying it) so never easy. The marketplace does not know they NEED this, so the sales process of getting clients can be a bit uphill until you get the rhythm and momentum going. That said, I knew that going in and it was an exciting challenge for me. I'd be bored silly in a stable, standard industry that has no challenge to it. And then too late. Completely dishonest about the marketplace opportunity income potential and commitments. With personal guarantees threatened to make you go bankrupt. I would describe the pros as the following: good career prospects, good training programs, excellent material to work with and business clients love this stuff, friendly team organisation with lots of activities to make you feel fully part of the franchise which can be lacking with other opportunities You might not have as much free time as you think - although this depends how busy you want to be.
