Large company with more than usual benefits but very expensive. Have all the PC programs but mean nothing. Surveys they claim are anonymous are not. Response can be tracked to person who wrote it. Cronyism Planning to achieve pay parity in 8 or so years? Isn't that french for the pay difference between men and women is so great we can't absorb it? Mentoring for "young" employees.
