- Has made massive strides in being a more people centric firm. Really thinks about the people, improved benefits, bring your whole self to work, career development and progression.
- High standard and quality of work. I am certainly further on in my career and have been pushed to think differently to really make a difference for my clients.
- Surrounded by the brightest and the best! The team are ambitious, challenging, progressive and smart. It really pushes you to be your best and deliver your A game on a daily basis.
- It is very fast paced so it working on multiple items at once, with a lot of agility, whilst in flight makes you feel uncomfortable we're probably not the place for you.
- We've grown so much and we're still finding our way when it comes to implementing best practices and streamlining processes. We've made huge advances but there's more to be done.

Our projects are varied and engaging and give you the opportunity to work across different industries, countries and teams. I'm always learning something new, even if I've been on the job for a few years already. Our people are respectful, interesting and clever and make even the most challenging projects, fun.
We work long hours, like most consulting firms, but very rarely on weekends. Occasionally there could be a fair amount of travelling around, depending on project.

Good support and flexibility to complete professional qualifications.
(Salary) : (Charge out rate) ratio is low vs industry.
Junior staff not given much responsibility and will often sit around not doing much.

They are very supportive of professional training and will pay for ACCA qualification - quite relaxed if you fail exams compared with other firms - i.e you don't have to pay for your resit yourself. Benefits package is reasonable. Other staff members are very friendly, intelligent and good to work with.
During busy periods, can often have to work long hours, but that's industry standard. Sometimes projects entail all nighters. As an analyst, some statutory duties become repetitive and not stimulating.
